RETURN POLICY

Our returns policy is as follows:
Call Teamoutfitstore Customer Service at (877) 570-5597 to obtain a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number.
No merchandise may be returned to Teamoutfitstore without a RMA number.
Merchandise must be returned prepaid. We do not accept COD packages.
RMA numbers are valid for 14 days. After 14 days, a new RMA number must be issued.
A 15% re-stocking fee will apply to all returned stock items.
Returned stock must be current and unused.
Uniforms being returned for repair must be laundered.
Teamoutfitstore reserves the right to examine merchandised to determine if garments are defective due to materials or workmanship.
We will repair whenever possible, or replace at our option, any Teamoutfitstore garment that is defective due to materials or
workmanship.

How Do I Receive Credit For Returned Merchandise?
Merchandise may be exchanged or returned for a full refund based on the original form of purchase. A credit will be issued to your
account once the return has been processed.
