How do I place an order? :

How do I pay for my order? :
Before we start processing your order,
1) We can email you a detailed Paypal invoice with a link to follow and pay with
your credit card through Paypal
2) We can email you our detailed invoice with a link to follow and pay with
your credit card through our Shopping Cart
3) We can also provide with a link in our website to pay with your credit card through our Shopping Cart.
How long does it take you to process my order? :
1) Without customization it takes us from 1 to 5 days depending if your order is available in one or different places as we
have warehouses in different locations
2) With customization it takes us from 3 to 10 days
How do you ship my order ? :
1) Standard shipping 3-7 days using Fedex Ground
2) Priority shipping 2-3 days using either Fedex or USPS
3) Express shipping 1-2 days using either Fedex or USPS
How do I get the tracking number for my order? :
Most orders will be followed up with an email notification, including the tracking number, once the item has been
shipped. Please allow the standard processing time before inquiring about the status of an order. If you do not receive
your tracking number within 5 to 7 business days, you can contact Customer Service.
How do you handle returns? :
You cannot return any item until you contact us, fill up a claim, and get our approval.
We do not accept returns unless there was an error in the order due to us or a defect in the product.
We do not accept returns within 14 days of your receipt of order.
We do not accept returns if products not same condition we sent them to you.
If we accept a return, you will be able to get replacement or a refund.
